Losing my way in maadi is normal, I only keep track when I am going to stavolta, near the CAC in a small street with a lovely open view for the back end or the kitchen when you can view all the process of the ice cream making in a clean beautiful kitchen setup.
Been there twice, tried a big range of flavors but still missing mint chocolate which I am craving for, as far as I know stavolta in Italian stands for seasonal and true it is, did not see any berries, currents or any other flavor that come as an artificial flavor, tried the roses and it is really good, also the salted caramel, lemon, chocolate and hibiscus.
